If you are like me you simply hate it. Not as much as when I was a BodyBuilding trainer but still today I don’t feel very comfortable with belly fat. Nothing wrong with a bit of it but when it goes beyond a certain amount it’s time to do something. Visualization can tell your mind how to lose belly fat and quicken results.
Obviously just seeing your belly fat melting away will be more or less useless if you go on eating like there is no tomorrow, or if you eat like a NFL player and you are an office worker, or if your idea of exercise is walking through a department store. In this case you should first get a healthy weight and later think to lose belly fat.
While you can be pretty fit and still have that belly fat there if you are overweight you simply can’t just reduce it alone and let the rest as it is. Having an healthy weight affects all your body as fat is everywhere so first you must get your right and healthy weight and later focus on reducing your belly, with or without using Visualization. Clearly before modifying your diet talk always with your doctor first.

Anyway to lose weight, generalizing a bit, you should check if there is a medical reason for being overweight like a hormonal imbalance, avoid junk foods, reduce your calories intake and exercise more. After that if you still have to lose belly fat, as this little devil is usually the first to appear and the last to go away, I’ll give you a Visualization technique you can use to have faster results.
If you don’t know the reason why fat grows especially well in your belly and is so difficult to throw away is biological. When we wandered around dressed with animal skins, which from the point of view of existence was yesterday, we needed a place to store excessive food to be used in case of famine in a handy place and that’s why our belly is the preferred place for fat to be. Also in the case of females fat stays there because that’s where females create life and that’s where energy is mostly needed. We’ve evolved but for 95 percent of our life we’re still dependent on our animal nature, so to speak. Given this biological reason any tool or technique, like Visualization, which can quicken results to lose belly fat is useful.
Please keep in mind that a healthy amount of belly fat is nice, useful and sexy, don’t get so focused on it unless really there is a sound amount of fat there. Again, ask your doctor first.
Lose belly fat with Visualization guide:
I guess you already know what Visualization is right? Given that the Subconscious mind thinks with images and sensations or feelings and not with words it makes total sense to use images to communicate with the Subconscious and tell it what we want. This is why near the end of every Hypnosis session we always tell the client to imagine the desired outcome with strength and clarity. And with Positive Affirmations too. Let me say that imagining or visualizing something after Hypnosis is a way to summarize and make clear to the Subconscious what we want to achieve so it can do it.
Don’t forget that even if you are not so good at Visualization, like I am, Imagination works just as well. What’s more important is the emotion associated with the desired outcome and not the clarity of the image.
So, what can you visualize to help you to lose belly fat? I would go for melting ice. A piece of ice becoming water. Just tell to the Subconscious that you want your useless and unpleasant belly fat to safely and healthily disappear like ice under the Sun. And see it happening. Visualize that image at least three times a day and lose belly fat away. If you really want to succeed first take a piece of ice and put it under the Sun and look it as it becomes water as in this way you will get a clearer image and in the case you’re not good with Visualization you just have to remember that scene with your mind. And everyone can remember what has been seen.
