Here we are, it’s December and with the New Year at the doors is there a better period for a list of 10 Positive Affirmations to help us through the next year and help our positivity?
We need any help we can have to keep our positivity during hard times and this is why I’ve compiled this short list of Positive Affirmations. I honestly think that the word Intentions would be better but that’s how they are called, let me briefly explain you why.
Affirming something is somehow like stating that what you want to achieve is already there but repeating “I’m healthy” while in reality you are sick doesn’t help much the Conscious Mind to believe your words; and this is the main reason why having results with Positive Affirmations is not so easy. You can’t trick the Conscious Mind, at least not in this way.
Intentions on the other side are more of a goal you want to reach which you know it’s reasonable and within your possibilities thus having much lesser chances to have problems with the Conscious Mind and greater chances of success. Intending that something will happen is much more real than saying that something already is while in reality is not.

Here are the 10 Positive Affirmations for the New Year:
- 1 ) It will be a positive year
- 2 ) It is the year I’ll have very positive results
- 3 ) This year there will be many possibilities to achieve my goals
- 4 ) I am feeling positive about the New Year
- 5 ) I will do my best for a successful year
- 6 ) I can achieve success this year
- 7 ) I want to be successful in ….
- 8 ) There will be many positive things for me in ….
- 9 ) I will see any positive opportunity in ….
- 10 ) I can easily see the positive side of whatever happens in the New Year
Now feel free to change any of them but take care of keeping the positive angle, or you can even add your own Positive Affirmation if you prefer. My advice is to use one per day and at the end of the ten days period begin again until you see positive results; and then continue using them, if they work why should you stop? Or you can just pick the one you like most and stick with it. Like Positive Affirmation number 9 or 10. Even if you just stick with one Affirmation surely your positivity in 2012 will increase.
