Whenever life strikes too hard there are two things you can do, fall down and remain there or fall down and stand up again. Any time. Now, this is easily said, especially in movies, than done but really, there aren’t other choices. Positive Thinking is what can help us to find a good reason to flex without breaking.
Merely thinking positively, that is something along the lines of “everything that happens is good” is simply said rubbish. Where is the positive side of losing a loved one like a son or a wife? And if the most important thing of your day, each day, is finding clean unpolluted water to drink? Or as it’s happening weekly in Italy if a relative kills himself being strangled by debts and taxes while the head of the governement smile at this and says “It’s not my fault” and goes on with his luxurious, unmeritated life? Or if you’ve lost your job and now don’t really know how to feed your children?
Well, these are a bit of extreme examples and in this cases it’s hard to find a positive side of life, nevertheless time heals a lot of things and it’s usually possible to find a way to resist, survive and go on until better times arrive. This is Positive Thinking: knowing that most of the times what happens can have a positive or less negative side and knowing that sooner or later bad times go and better times arrive. Especially if you’re going to act and do something to improve your situation.
