Weight Loss Hypnosis can help you if you are overweight and want to become healthily and safely thinner but first you must understand or accept why you are overweight. Having identified that then you can begin using Weight Loss Hypnosis and have real results. Do you know why you’re overweight?
Well, let me tell you that there are three main reasons why people are overweight:
- Overweight Reason 1: you have a hormonal imbalance or an allergy to certain foods or your body just doesn’t accept, digest and absorb well some foods. This happens pretty commonly with wheat but also with other foods. Or you can be affected by chemical substances added to food. Here Weight Loss Hypnosis can help but it must be aimed at making your body healthy so that you can change your allergic reaction or getting your hormones balanced again.
- Overweight Reason 2: you eat too much and burn too little. If you are used to eat a lot of food and move very little then you’ll get overweight. Binge eating without burning calories will get you fat. There must be a balance between calories in and calories out. Weight Loss Hypnosis can be aimed at exercise more and eat less.
- Overweight Reason 3: you eat the wrong food, too much fats and carbohydrates and not enough proteins and vegetables. That is you eat too much junk food and not enough healthy food. Usually proteins and vegetables won’t make you fat, carbohydrates do. Keep in mind too that also too many proteins are bad for your health and that all three foods are needed from your body to function properly. Reason 2 is usually the most common one. Is this why you are overweight? Too much food?
Now, Weight Loss Hypnosis to be effective must address the correct problem. Using Hypnosis to eat more healthy foods while your reason to be overweight is a hormonal imbalance is pretty near to be useless.
To use Hypnosis for weight loss the first step is to identify correctly why you are overweight.
After having identified the main reason why you are overweight the following step is to understand if it’s possible to dig it a little and break it in little pieces. Taking as an example reason 2, that is you eat too much, you should identify why you are eating all that food: you like too much fish and chips? Or chocolate? Do you eat because you feel alone? Or “rejected” by society? Have you been left from your loved one? Is your binge eating a kind of defense from something?…. You should be able to answer to the question “How Weight Loss Hypnosis can help you?”
It can be that there is only one reason, or a mixture of more than one. Whatever the case you need to understand even if not perfectly at least on broad lines if there are underlying reasons which causes you to eat too much and are overweight. And you probably already know it. If not just ask to yourself, next time you eat, why are you doing it. Are you hungry? Do you feel alone? Or sad? … And you must do it otherwise you won’t have any real permanent result using Weight Loss Hypnosis, you’ll just lose time and even money.
The final step is to use Hypnosis and Positive Affirmations to get rid of overeating. As you can see to eat less it can be that instead of using Weight Loss Hypnosis the right thing to do is to use Hypnosis for self-confidence, or self-acceptance, or just move from junk food to healthy food.
So, to summarize:
Weight Loss Hypnosis does work when you identify clearly and honestly the reasons for being overweight so that you can address the cause correctly and resolve it.
