But weight loss success is more or less guaranteed if you take your time, do the right things and really, deeply want to get to your right weight. If you don’t suffer from hormonal imbalances or other physical issues you are the one responsible for those excessive kilograms or pounds right? Then you are the one who can throw those kilogramss and pounds away. Does it make sense?
You can bet it does. If you want the three rules of weight loss success they are: Eat Less, Eat Better and Exercise More.
